Workshops and Seminars to Deepen Your Chess Understanding
Alongside our regular coaching programs, we offer occasional chess workshops and educational seminars designed to help players and parents dive deeper into specific topics.
These events are open to students and non-students and are a great way to learn, ask questions, and connect with others in the chess community.
Chess Workshops

Focused training sessions that go beyond regular lessons. Each workshop explores a key idea—like tactics, strategy, endgames, or decision-making.
Past and future workshop topics may include:
- How to Build a Chess Plan
- Common Tactical Patterns You Must Know
- Endgame Basics for Intermediate Players
- How to Handle Time Pressure
- Understanding Your Mistakes
Workshops are typically 60–90 minutes long and include live explanations, game examples, and time for Q&A.

Examples:
- How to Support Your Child’s Chess Journey
- Setting Chess Goals That Work
- Staying Motivated Through Plateaus
Seminars are open-format, discussion-based, and designed to be helpful whether you’re new to chess or more experienced.
